All branches are open 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed weekends, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
We don’t send statements, but when you make a payment your receipt will have a tear away reminder of your next payment and amount due.

Yes, we allow each customer to change their due date one time during the course of their loan. You can move the date up to 15 days from the original date, one time during the course of your loan.


This must be done in writing with your signature or an email with your current address, account number and last 4 of your social security number or the make and model of your vehicle.

Yes – we accept debit cards for online payments. Some prepaid cards will not work in our system. We apologise for any inconvenience. Click here to pay online.

Yes. If you’re unable to make a payment on time, we allow a grace period of 9 days to make the payment without being charged a fee.


On the 10th day, a fee will be assessed to your account if no payment has been made. Please see your contract to calculate the amount of this fee or contact your account manager with any questions.

We want to set you up for success and we understand that sometimes, life happens.

It typically takes 30 – 60 minutes to get approved once you’ve submitted your application.

Your funds will be available immediately.

Just come into your local branch, sign your paperwork and pick up your check.
