Will I receive a monthly statement or payment coupons?
Can I change my due date?
Yes, we allow each customer to change their due date one time during the course of their loan. You can move the date up to 15 days from the original date, one time during the course of your loan.
This must be done in writing with your signature or an email with your current address, account number and last 4 of your social security number or the make and model of your vehicle.
Can I make a payment online?
Yes – we accept debit cards for online payments. Some prepaid cards will not work in our system. We apologise for any inconvenience. Click here to pay online.
Is there a grace period?
Yes. If you’re unable to make a payment on time, we allow a grace period of 9 days to make the payment without being charged a fee.
On the 10th day, a fee will be assessed to your account if no payment has been made. Please see your contract to calculate the amount of this fee or contact your account manager with any questions.
What should I do if my payment is going to be late?
We want to set you up for success and we understand that sometimes, life happens.
If you think a payment is going to be late, contact us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

How long does it take to get approved?
