8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday. We are closed Weekends,  New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
We don’t send statements, but when you make a payment your receipt will have a tear away reminder of your next payment and amount due.
Yes – once during the course of your account you can change the date up to 15 days from the original date.  This must be done in writing with your signature or an email with your current address, account number and last 4 of your social security number or the make and model of your vehicle.
Yes – we accept debit cards, Visa, or Master Card.   Some prepaid cards will not work in our system. We apologize for any inconvenience. Click here to pay online.
Yes, the grace period is 9 days. On the 10th day a fee is assessed (please see your contract to calculate this amount) or contact your Account Representative.
