We want to share information on options you may have access to during these difficult times.
First make a budget, so you know what you must spend.
Next, start reaching out to those who you owe payments to. The worst thing you can do now is not communicate, because many companies understand your situation and are doing what they can to work with you. Many have designed excellent programs to assist you.
You have worked hard to establish your credit or reestablish your credit. Don’t let this effect you by not knowing your options as we deeply care for our community.

What we are providing to help our community:
IMPORTANT UPDATE (07/31/2020) Starting August 1st-31st there will be a processing fee of $2.50 for making payments online or over the phone while using your debit card or checking account. September 1st we will update the processing fee to $5.00 until further notice
We are still accepting checks, money orders, cashier’s checks mailed to our locations.
If you do visit one of our locations to drop off a payment, you will be greeted by a Credit Concepts staff member at the door to accept your tender for a receipt, please understand we are strongly encouraging our community to not visit any of our locations.
Our goal is to protect our community and our members to the best of our ability, we wish our customers to practice the same health safety measures as we do in our offices:
Cleaning all entrances and exit doors every hour, along with all restroom doors.
All staff members handling cash will be wearing gloves, wiping down surfaces with disinfectant and washing and sanitizing after each payment.
Any employee showing flu/COVID-19 related symptoms are not to come to work.
All loan closing areas have been sanitized thoroughly and all services will be wiped down after each loan closing.
Every morning within our office our workstations, file cabinets, break rooms, bathrooms and all other areas that we have contact with will be sanitized each morning and each night before we leave.
We have most of our staff now working from home, in positions that allow. We have implemented proper privacy measures to protect your information while this is being done. If you have questions regarding this, please email our President Jason Moon at email@example.com
We are asking that all of our employees that are still working in our offices maintain a safe social distance.
We have developed a team that will meet daily regarding this pandemic, to stay updated and make necessary changes to protocol while we are in a state of emergency.
We also want you to know that we value all of you, in all our communities and want to protect you and your families the best we can.
